SoL, Spanish for Sun, is the energy source behind every living thing on our planet. We chose the name for our gathering place for that very reason- 

Life in its most organic form... energy. Cafe SoL is a fun, relaxing, quirky and friendly restaurant located in the heart of Niantic, CT. Our goal is to provide our guests with Seasonally fresh ingredients sourced Locally whenever possible as we believe it is the locals that take the most pride in our beloved resources. That being said our selections and vendors may occasionally change to ensure that we always serve you the best food possible. In light of that we are devoted in our efforts to strive for an optimistically Organic experience. Now get back to your roots; be a Locavore. You owe it to yourself, you owe it to our future.
